The long weekend is calling and it’s time to grill up some burgers! Sink your teeth into this saucy ranch burger and make sure to load up on the fresh toppings. This one is a little spicy, so if you’re not keen on spicy food, decrease the amount of dressing mix in the patties by about 1 tbsp for a milder, family-friendly version.

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g)
lean ground beef
2 12 tbsp, divided
4 slices
cheese, such as cheddar or provolone
2 tbsp
each mayo and sour cream
1 tbsp
milk, your choice
4
burger buns

Toppings (optional): sliced tomato, sliced red onion, lettuce leaves
